All kinds of steel pipe scaffolds built for the construction of the network frame must compile special safety construction organization design and carry out special design calculation, in the operation should comply with the relevant provisions of chapter 7 of this regulation.

Set up mobile scaffold operation platform, scaffolding pole should be welded on channel steel, from the channel steel surface 200mm must be equipped with longitudinal and transverse sweeping bar. Scaffold ramp and rest platform, perimeter protection of working floor and laying of footwall shall comply with the relevant provisions of chapter 7 of this regulation.

Mobile scaffold in the towing must comply with the provisions of special safety construction organization design.

The scaffold shall be supervised and observed by a specially-assigned person each time it is towed. After the first towing of 1 ~ 2m, the deformation of the frame shall be checked to confirm that there is no deformation before the formal towing. After the towing and positioning, the scaffold shall be fully checked for deformation and inertia, and can be used only after confirming no deformation.

Net frame steel bolt ball, rod and other components, should be hoisted to the scaffold platform in batches. It shall not be piled up on the shelf platform in large quantities at one time.

Scaffold platform operators should be reduced as far as possible, the operation should not be more than one person in a span of scaffolding.

Operators who install steel bolt balls and rods on the frame should use safety belts, which should be attached to a solid structure, and should be equipped with tool bags and tool hooks.

When the net frame is positioned, towed or jacked, all the equipment should be fixed firmly. A firm working platform should be set at the operating position, and walking handrails or protective railings should be set. No one is allowed to stay on the net frame when towing or jacking.
